About Us
OUR CHEF
Our ethos is simple. Good tasty food. That’s our mantra, and we stick to it.
Tom has worked in the catering industry, working his way up to managing both independent and big branded restaurants.
However, his passion for being on the other side of the pass has come from home cooking, living abroad and just the desire to create something special for people to enjoy without the fuss.
Tom says: "For me it’s about people coming together, enjoying each others company and talking about the food they’ve just eaten. I want our customers to feel part of something and our ethos to become part of the Norwich Independent community. It’s no longer a job for me, it’s a lifestyle."
